Aezi is a B2B SaaS platform that provides digital access to matchmaking tools. We offer subscription tiers at Hobby ($200 USD/month), Pro ($1,000 USD/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Annual billing is available with a 20% discount. All new accounts start with a 2-week free trial — no credit card required. We want you to be satisfied with our service and have created this policy to ensure transparency around refunds and cancellations.

Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy is designed to give you confidence when trying our digital SaaS platform:

  • 2-Week Free Trial: All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during this period. If you cancel within the free trial, no payment is taken and you owe nothing.
  • Post-Trial Refund: If you are charged after your free trial ends, a full refund is available within 14 days of first payment, provided you have not published a website. Once a website is published, the service is considered delivered.
  • Service Delivery Model: Upon payment, you receive immediate digital access to the Aezi matchmaking platform. No physical goods are delivered.
  • No Partial Month Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-month, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Enterprise Contracts: Refund terms for Enterprise customers are defined in individual service agreements.

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the refund eligibility criteria and would like to request a refund:

  1. Send an email to support@aezi.uk with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your account email address and a brief reason for your refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Aezi subscription at any time with the following terms:

  • Cancel Anytime: Navigate to your account settings to cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.
  • Service Continuation: Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • Data Access: You can export your account data, match history, and contact information at any time before or after cancellation.
  • Platform Access: Platform access terminates at the end of your billing period. No service credits or prorated refunds are issued for mid-month cancellations.

Aezi is a B2B Matchmaking SaaS Platform. We provide digital tools that connect businesses with customers AND suppliers. All transactions between matched parties happen outside the Aezi platform. Aezi does not handle or process payments between matched parties.

Refunds apply ONLY to Aezi subscription fees. Refunds are limited to subscription charges for access to the Aezi platform. Any disputes, transactions, or financial arrangements between matched parties are between those parties only. Aezi is not responsible for mediating or resolving disputes between matched businesses.

Aezi has no financial responsibility for business outcomes. Aezi bears no financial or legal responsibility for business outcomes, deals, completed transactions, or any financial consequences resulting from matches made on our platform. Our service is limited to providing a digital matchmaking platform.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Your continued use of Aezi Group services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
